Who may use the service
EvidenceFirst is offered to verified healthcare professionals and medical students in India. Access may be suspended where verification details are inaccurate.
Professional use only
The service provides referenced summaries of medical evidence for professional reference. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and must not be used as the sole basis for clinical decisions.
Acceptable use
Do not enter patient-identifiable information. Do not share your account. Do not scrape, resell or redistribute corpus content beyond ordinary professional sharing of answers.
Early access
During early access the service is provided as-is, features may change, and access may be limited. We will communicate material changes by email.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EvidenceFirst is not liable for clinical outcomes arising from use of the service. The treating clinician retains full responsibility for all decisions.
