What we collect
Account details you give us: name, contact (email or mobile), role, and — for practitioners — a medical council registration number used solely for verification.
Product usage: the questions you ask, answers you save, and basic device information needed to run and improve the service.
What we do not collect
Patient data. EvidenceFirst is not an EMR and must not be used to store patient-identifiable information. Do not include patient identifiers in queries.
How information is used
To verify eligibility, operate the service, power your history and saved answers, and improve retrieval quality. We do not sell personal data. Registration numbers are used for verification and are not shared with third parties.
Retention & deletion
You can request deletion of your account, history and saved answers at any time by writing to hello@evidencefirst.org. In-product controls are being built during early access.
